Emmanuel Gras

After reading History, Emmanuel Gras studied filmmaking at ENS Louis-Lumière. His first documentary feature Bovines, was nominated at the César and screened at Acid during the Festival de Cannes. He went on to direct 300 Men, and to win the Grand Prize at La Semaine de la Critique in 2017 with his film Makala. His latest documentary feature, A French Revolution, tells the story of the Yellow Vests movement that shook France for a whole year.
