On tour 2026

Every year, La Semaine de la Critique tours its selection in France and abroad. The goal is to promote the talents discovered in Cannes to a wider audience, and to foster the distribution of those films throughout the world. In 2026, La Semaine de la Critique will travel throughout the world, and -  for the seventh consecutive year - will be displayed front and center on FestivalScope, for film lovers throughout the world.

La Semaine de la Critique bolsters its commitment to the wider audience by offering 500 tickets for each film to spectators throughout the world so they may discover the world premiere of the short films competing during the 65th Semaine de la Critique. The films will be made accessible so for free, subtitled in French or in English, on FestivalScope (www.festivalscope.com) May 21st to 27th, 2026, the day after the awards ceremony in Cannes.
