Marie Dubas

Marie Dubas founded Deuxième Ligne in 2014 in Normandy. Her main international credits include South-African director John Trengove's debut The Wound (Sundance 2017, Berlinale Panorama 2017), Macedonian director Teona Mitevska’s 5th feature God Exists, Her Name Is Petrunya (Berlinale Competition 2019) and Vietnamese director Pham Thien An’s debut Inside the Yellow Cocoon Shell, which was awarded the Caméra d’Or at Cannes Film Festival in 2023. In 2022, Deuxième Ligne released French director Fabien Gorgeart’s 2nd feature, The Family, which was sold to Japan, China and the US among others. The company is currently post-producing Vietnamese director Truong Minh Quy’s 3rd feature, Viet and Nam, as well as Singaporean director Chang Wei Liang’s debut Mongrel. It is also post-producing its first TV series, In the Shadows, written and directed by acclaimed French director Pierre Schoeller.
