As one of the cousins has just committed suicide, four families get together and stay at the Mac Gillis's. In hospital. Patrick's death is uncertain... Friends' beds are brought in, rooms are distributed. The afternoons linger on, they are all together, yet everyone for himself. In the midst of it all, Pascale Mac Gillis.
