Ken Loach is one of the most important contemporary British directors. He was revealed at Semaine de la Critique in 1970 with his feature film Kes. Since, he has been selected fifteen times at Cannes Film Festival and won the Jury’s Special Prize for Hidden Agenda (1990), Raining Stones (1993) et The Angel’s Share (2012). He won the Palme d’Or for The Wind that Shakes the Barley in 2006 and I, Daniel Blake in 2016.
