Anna-Marija Adomaitytė & Elie Grappe
Anna-Marija Adomaitytė: Born in 1995 in Lithuania, she studied contemporary dance at La Manufacture and visual arts at ECAL. She then founded the contemporary dance company A M A and, with Gautier Teuscher, created Workpeace, Pas de deux and Tiktok-ready Choregraphies, presented internationally. Her work has been co-produced by Pavillon ADC and Théâtre Vidy-Lausanne. She received the Leenaards Foundation cultural grant and the June Johnson Prize.
Elie Grappe: French-Swiss writer and director, born in Lyon in 1994. He studied classical music before attending ECAL. His debut feature Olga (2021) won the SACD Prize at Cannes Critics’ Week. In 2022, it was Switzerland’s Oscar submission. The film won three Swiss Film Awards and was released in 38 countries. He is teaching at ECAL and developing his next feature, adapted from a novel by Lola Lafon.
