HOW TO ATTEND SCREENINGS
The screenings of La Semaine de la Critique take place at the Espace Miramarlocated at 35 rue Pasteur by the Croisette, between the Carlton and Martinez hotels. The badges provided by the Cannes Film Festival (Press, Marché du Film and Festival) give access to the screenings of La Semaine de la Critique.
There is an order of priority for the admission to the screenings, according to your badge:
Express access *
Priority Marché du Film badges (presence requested at least 20 minutes prior to the screening)
Priority access *
• Press and Marché du Film badges (presence requested at least 30 minutes prior to the screening)
• Festival badges (presence requested at least 40 minutes prior to the screening)
Non priority Accès *
• Cannes Cinéphiles badges (presence requested at least 50 minutes prior to the screening)
• La Semaine de la Critique free tickets to withdraw at the box-office at the Espace Miramar (presence requested at least 50 minutes prior to the screening)
* Professionals with reduced mobility access
To access the Miramar Theater, presence requested in front of the main entry at least 40 minutes prior to the screening, and ask for the head of reception desk. Presence requested at least 40 minutes in advance for the Marché du Film (Film Market), Festival and Press badges and 60 minutes in advance for the Cannes Cinéphiles badges or La Semaine’s tickets.
Security precautions
Due to the “Vigipirate” plan, special security measures will be observed at the entrance to Miramar. In order to guarantee your access to the theatre in the best conditions, we advise you to arrive before the screening, at the hours given according to your type of badge. The security team of La Semaine de la Critique can refuse access to a screening to people carrying large bags. Luggage are forbidden (no luggage check service is available). YOU'VE MISSED A FILM
Extra screening the day after
From Thursday 16th to Wednesday 23rd of May, the feature films in competition are screened at 8:30 am at the Espace Miramar the day after their official presentation. These screenings can be attended with all badges. For these screenings, presence requested at least 20 minutes prior to the screening.
Rerun of the awarded films
The short and feature films awarded during the closing ceremony of La Semaine de La Critique will be screened on Thursday 23rd of May at Espace Miramar.
