The Prize la Caméra d’or
Meduzot (Les Méduses) d’Etgar Keret & Shira Geffen (Israël / France)

Awarded by an international jury, the Camera d’Or honors a first film presented in the Official Selection (Competition and Un Certain Regard) or in The Directors’ Fortnight and the International Critics Week. The prize, to be announced during the Festival’s closing ceremony, is included in the official prize list. Recognized the world over, it has for the past 20 years played a major role in the recognition of new filmmaking talent and the endorsement of new film movements.
Critics’ Week Grand Prix
XXY de Lucía Puenzo (Argentine / Espagne / France)

The Critics’ Week Grand Prix is attributed by the press to a feature film. Journalists and film critics are invited to vote after each screening. 5 000 € are offered by Cinepolis to the director. The winner is also invited for 3 months at the Moulin d’Andé (where screenwriters and directors perfect their writing skills). Rendez-Vous Magazine supports the film for its French release and offers an advertisement space to its distributor.
Prix SACD
Meduzot (Les Méduses) d’Etgar Keret & Shira Geffen (Israël / France)

The SACD awards a 2 500 € cash Prize to the best director among the 7 feature films of the Selection. The Jury is formed by Bertrand Van Effenterre, Laurent Heynemann, Bertrand Tavernier and Claude Miller.
ACID/CCAS Support Award
XXY de Lucía Puenzo (Argentine / Espagne / France)

This 8000 € prize sponsored by CCAS, is awarded by directors members of ACID (Association of Independent Cinema for its Distribution) and representatives of CCAS (Main Fund of Social Activities). The French distributor of the awarded film will receive a 4 000 € support that ACID will use to help distributing the film when it arrives in theaters. CCAS will award a 4 000 € prize to the director.
OFAJ/TV5MONDE (VERY) Young Critic Award
Meduzot (Les Méduses) d’Etgar Keret & Shira Geffen (Israël / France)

The 36 students taking part of the (Very) Young Critic award their favorite feature film. TV5MONDE offers to the French distributor 4 500 € of advertising insert to promote the film.
Canal+ Award for Best Short Film
Madame Tutli-Putli de Chris Lavis & Maciek Sczerbowski (Canada)

Canal+ Short Films programs buy the rights of the film they award to broadcast it. The director is also invited for one month at the Moulin d’Andé. Panavision Alga Techno will award a 6 000 € support in equipment for the shooting of the winner’s next film.
Kodak Discovery Award for Best Short Film
Um Ramo (Un rameau) de Juliana Rojas & Marco Dutra (Brésil)

A Jury composed of Pierre Salvadori (director), Hélène Fillières (actress), Pierre Cottereau (cinematographer), Sylvie Pialat (producer), Samuel Douhaire (film critic), Luc Engélibert (festival director) et Michel Reilhac (director Arte France Cinéma) rewards the best short film. Kodak offers 3 000 € in film.
