What conclusion can you draw about this year? What were the strong points, the weak points?

I would have a hard time finding weak points since this year has been so delightful. I think, and it was my 6th year at La Semaine, that our choices have never been understood, accepted and shared as well as they have been this year. It was daring to present 4 comedies but both the critics and the audience enjoyed each of them and yet, they had nothing in common. What could be more different than COPACABANA, RUBBER, SOUND OF NOISE and LE NOM DES GENS (THE NAMES OF LOVE)? We also took the risk to select a documentary in competition and it ended up winning the Grand Prix (ARMADILLO).
