La Semaine de la Critique is co-publishing a DVD box set of short and medium length films with Come-and-see.
Aiming to seek out new talent, la Semaine has always been particularly interested in short and medium length films, as they often represent the vital first steps in a director’s career. By presenting their first shorts, la Semaine de la Critique has discovered such illustrious filmmakers as François Ozon, Gaspar Noé and Andrea Arnold. We believe that the filmmakers you will find on this DVD, who were all selected at the 50th edition of La Semaine de la Critique, are names to be followed and will live up to their film promises in the future.
