La Semaine de la Critique is co-publishing a DVD boxed set of short and medium length films with Come-and-see.
Aiming to seek out new talent, la Semaine has always been particularly interested in short and medium length films, as they often represent the vital first steps in a director’s career. By presenting their first shorts, la Semaine de la Critique has discovered such illustrious filmmakers as François Ozon, Gaspar Noé and Andrea Arnold.
Les dix réalisateurs présentés sur ce DVD et sélectionnés lors de la 48e édition de la Semaine de la Critique, sont autant de promesses de cinéma et de noms à suivre dans les prochaines années.
The DVD will be released on February 3rd, 2010
An official release party will be held at the 32nd Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival.
